Question 1

How is this different from writing my own ChatGPT custom instructions?

Accepted Answer

Custom instructions are a blank page — most people write a few vague lines and the AI still sounds generic. PersonaGen runs your answers through a structured framework that extracts psychographics, operational logic, voice pillars, and the guardrails an AI needs to sound like a real expert. You get a complete advisor profile, not a sentence.

Question 2

Is a 5-question persona detailed enough for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The five questions are engineered to pull the highest-signal information: what you do, what's in your way, how you want your advisor to think, who you are, and your one big win. That's the raw material an AI actually needs. More questions would add noise, not depth — and most people finish in under two minutes.

Question 3

Will the output still sound like generic AI?

Accepted Answer

No. The persona includes voice pillars, words to use, words to avoid, and clear operational guardrails that guide the AI away from its default generic register. It's designed to sound like a real expert who understands your business — not a robot reading a briefing.

Question 4

What if I do not like my persona?

Accepted Answer

Your answers are saved, so you can edit any of the five and regenerate as many times as you want before you ever pay. You see exactly what you're getting. If the persona isn't dialed in, adjust your answers and rebuild — it takes seconds.

Question 5

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're not happy with your persona, email us within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked. You can also preview and regenerate your persona unlimited times before you ever pay, so you know exactly what you're getting before checkout.

Your custom AI advisor will live here once you create it.
