When you create a PersonaGen account, we collect your name and email address. These are used to identify your account and communicate with you about the service. If you complete the persona builder questionnaire, the answers you provide about your business are used solely to generate your custom AI advisor configuration.
2. Payment Data
PersonaGen does not collect, store, or process your payment card information. All payment transactions are handled solely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your credit card number, expiration date, and security code are transmitted directly to Stripe through their secure checkout system and never touch PersonaGen servers. 3. How We Use Your Data
The information we collect is used solely for service delivery and account communication. Specifically: (a) your name and email are used to create and manage your account, (b) your questionnaire answers are used to generate your custom persona, and (c) your email may be used to send you service-related updates, such as welcome emails or account notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and generated persona data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To request access to your data, request corrections, or request full deletion of your account and associated data, simply contact us through the Contact page on our site or email us directly. We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.
6. Third-Party Services
PersonaGen uses Stripe as its payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment information independently under their own privacy policy. We also use AI language models to generate your persona configurations; the answers you provide in the questionnaire are transmitted to these models for the purpose of generating your advisor. We do not share your personal contact information with these AI providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data using industry-standard security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the site. Your continued use of PersonaGen after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
