These Terms of Service govern your use of PersonaGen. By using our platform or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use PersonaGen.

1. Nature of the Service
PersonaGen is a platform that custom-configures AI brand personas based on information you provide about your business. We generate advisor profiles, voice guides, psychographic breakdowns, and content generation tools designed to help you align your brand voice across AI platforms. PersonaGen does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. All AI-generated configurations should be reviewed by you before implementation.
2. Payment Terms
All transactions on PersonaGen are one-time fees. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. The current price for the PersonaGen persona builder is $49.99 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and access to the service is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon successful payment, you own the generated AI persona configurations created through your use of PersonaGen, including all advisor profiles, voice pillars, growth roadmaps, and generated content. You may use these configurations for your business purposes without restriction. PersonaGen retains ownership of the underlying software, platform code, algorithms, templates, and methodology used to generate these configurations. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the PersonaGen platform itself.
4. As-Is Disclaimer
The AI configurations provided by PersonaGen are generated "as-is." While optimized for professional use, the user is responsible for reviewing and validating all output for accuracy and legal compliance. PersonaGen makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any generated content.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PersonaGen or its operators be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or business-related damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our AI configuration services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Your use of the generated content is at your own risk.
6. No Guarantee of Results
PersonaGen provides tools to enhance brand voice and efficiency but does not guarantee specific commercial, financial, or operational outcomes. Results may vary based on how you implement and utilize the generated configurations.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated AI configurations complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as any industry-specific regulations. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated output before publishing or implementing it in your business.
8. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. PersonaGen is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
